We are having the worst season in living memory, and that's even if you DON'T have Alzheimer's Disease.

Mitch (?) and I are keeping our fingers crossed for a Kite on Saturday, but that is about it...and it is probably going to go to poo anyway. The MET keeps threatening, but the threats prove hollow.

Perhaps we should take a leaf out of the southerner's book and do some beach maintenance - if we had a 2,000,000 tonne excavator we could move some of the rock from Bellbuoy. Anyone got one?

Mean while Ant performed like Robby Naish in 3/4 mast low tide dumpers at Cliffton last evening no smashed gear and a small forward but still no sign of the rumoured double forward yet

Looking forward to a good Goat...... If the stars all align!

Only have a small window of opportunity so if the forecast is accurate I will get a sail.

I have arranged for the babysitters (grandparents) to meet me at the beach at 3.00pm so they can look after the three kids, can sail till 4.45 and then have to get to a work dinner for My wife by 6.30pm......no evening sailing for me.

The Goat pummeled me a bit and my arms ached from holding on tight, but it was a bit of fun....my new fins were good, it was just the sailor who let them down a bit!!??

It was certainly a challenging day, Rob. Definitely not Goats at it's best, but still good fun to get out there and get a work out.

One windless closeout rinsing was enough! So a freeride session on Storm Bay was had. What a hoot. Plenty of wind and rolling swell to play in as the sun went down. Magic!

Young bucks who danced in the closeouts had to be carried out! Old bucks wait till it's on!

Us old farts were having a closed group discussion on the beach (having a rest), noticing that there were only 2 under 40 yrs out there ripping, forgot one got injured, hope your having a speedy recovery Jordan.
