South West is best for "the Pines". It looks like it is just a right hander but there is a better left hander at the head of the reef. Be sure to go on a high tide cause the reef is bone dry at mid to low tide. Go out there Kdog and give those SUP riders some stick!!! Swell size should be around 4m minimum or better on the swell bouy. This place is easy to kit up and get out quick. You gotto try big left and flinders near by on a NW or SE. Fairdinkum big waves.

Sounds alright. 4m swell? For real? Dude, be happy to slap around on a 3 - 4 foot swell at first.... but 4m could be a bit tricky :/

4m swell at the heads would still only be shoulder high or so at the pines. Takes an absolutely massive swell for it to get big.

I surf Big Left quite a bit and wouldn't mind trying to wavesail it but where do you launch from?
