Well the season started off good with 2 weeks of sea breezes, since then there has been hardly anything worth going out during the week, looking at the forecast there's more NE coming for next week .

Surely too early for seabreezes? They're a sunny summer phenomenon (based on the difference between heating and cooling of water versus land).

Windaddict, I totally agree with you!!! Where the hell are the seabreezes. It's sooo frustrating! Usually the seabreezes are consistently 20knots by this time of year. Nov and Dec usually have the strongest seabreezes because the sea is still cold and therefore bigger temperature differential. The Jan/Feb seabreezes get less reliable and generally not as strong. I think all the NE action is counteracting the seabreeze and resulting in nothing...it feels like May!! Hopefully they kick in properly soon or I'm going to go MAD

pretty fluky wind this arvo, fawkner "blipped" to 17kts - i got excited thinking it was continuing to build...
Got to the beach (williamstown) and it totally dropped off. You would of needed a 12m to get planning out there.

hmm friday?
