I'm thinking of buying a trailer for my windsurf gear as it is getting a bit squishy fitting it all in and on my car, and I currently don't have space or time to build one. Any suggestions for who might make these?

Hi, Pedro,

If you Google under " Trailers Melbourne" you'll get umpteen hits.

Probably the easiest/cheapest way would be a standard steel box bottom with steel ribbing and aluminium (caravan) sheet covering.

Having had a trailer destoyed by leaking salt water, I'm a big fan of hot dip galvanising or going to extreme lengths to prevent salt water from touching any steel parts.

Hope this helps.

I think that there is a 'Matt' on the forum that sells GT sails and masts. His main business is building trailers.

I think that his seabreeze name is gtsails.

EDIT: Even better I have his profile details right here:

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Jez - yes, I had a feeling I'd spotted some guy on the list here who said he makes trailers but didn't know where to find him - so thanks for the direction. I'll send him a PM.
