I'd go to Toowoon bay. In fact if it wasn't for the mortgage that i have to pay off (and the second mortgage i'll be taking out to get a new severne sail) i would be there to join you. As it is I will be at work.
Today was not great, just barely enough (15knts) from 10am to noon then it went East at 1pm and was completely glassy by 1:30pm. Looks like the wind stayed in all day in Sydney. 5 kites and me.
