Funny you posted this Strop, I'm tossing up whether it's worth heading down tomorrow, back Sunday. Rationally It's probably not good enough for the drive, but it's been so long since I've had decent wind, logic is failing me. Unfortunately I have to be back to work Monday.

so do I do it?

You sound like you should invest in a foil for sanity reasons!

Steves lawn Rog. I doubt that it's better than Steve's. Trust me!

On topic, doesn't MH look good for Sat? Speed runs on the island off Liptons.

I reckon my lawn would qualify better as "pasture".

Well I bailed out for the 2nd week in a row. Couldn't convince myself it was worth the drive. So tomorrow will probably be great!
After all my talk of ritual sacrifice to the wind gods, it appears one was made, but not quite what I intended
Hopefully Mandurah will deliver something tomorrow.

after the long cold winter we have had, 16 degrees and rainy is not very inviting.

Albany is the closest we have to Lake George, Flattest longest stretch of water, and the steadiest wind in WA, The winds are just not quite as strong as Lake George, and I believe the weed has more drag to it than the Lake George weed. If you can never get to Lake George in SA, at least treat yourself to Albany in WA
