Here's what I would suggest.
When at your local spot, strike up a conversation with the other sailors around you (in the carpark ... its a bit hard to talk while sailing
)
After the customary "great day, how'd you go!" etc. etc. ask them where else they sail.
You never know, you might just build up a personal list of places to sail and you don't have to blab it out all over the net. (not that there's any secret spots in Perth, but still)
