Whats the sailing like around this area ...obviously its no Coros, looks to be some some tricky inshore reefs to navigate ,
can you sail here if you had to ? specifically looking more at southern end of the estate.
further north at Drummond looks like some good gaps in between reefs
any local experience , cheers

I don't know anyone who has, but I have SUP'd it and there is stuff going on everywhere under there, so I'd have a good look first on a calm day
