Armstrong importer/agent in the UK seem to not bother holding much stock anymore.
Perf wings all special order
Mid length mk 2 seen to be the same.

All of this is a worry if you have a warranty issue.
Hope the start holding more stock in Europe at least

Okay, AWSI was an insane blur today and I'm sorry to say I did not get to everything on the list but here's some notes:

The E-systems are getting out of control. So many options for people now. I didn't take a closer look at anything but am sure there will be youtube content out there.

I unexpectedly spent a significant amount of time at the Lift tent and they have quite a few exciting things to come this spring. Really looking forward to their new foil offerings.

The Armstrong parawing looks really nice, it's a single skin, but I didn't get to try it (or any gear for that matter).

North definitely looked like they had new stuff but since I don't know North at all I couldn't tell what I was or wasn't looking at. Sorry.

Boards: I don't think I saw anything that didn't look like a modern midlengthish design. No more short wide boards from anyone which is to be expected but it's about time everyone got there. It makes me laugh how the local shops claimed those boards would be "impossible" to ride 3-4 years ago and yet here we are with nothing but them on the market!

I didn't see any new parawing packs. They may have been there but I didn't see them prominently displayed by anyone.

Code has launched wings (why???) and boards along with Sv2, Rv2, and new surf tails. Sv2 is supposed to be about the same speed as Sv1 but have better low end, glide, roll, and breaching. They recommended rounding down if you want the same size experience. So, if you are on a 980v1 now its 900v2. 850v1 is 800v2. 720v1 is a bit tough, there is a 715v2 or a 602v2 but they were honest the 602 has less lift than the 720v1. Smallest size was a 500ish and it went all the way up into huge numbers that I'd expect beginners or ultralight wind riders would be using?

@Hdip I'll be reviewing the Omen Agent once Greg gets over the hump of initial orders and can spare the 80cm mast for me. Code Sv2 wont land until Decemberish so I wont have a chance to ride it until April maybe? I don't think I'm going to order it and force a mid winter review. Gloves suck.

Tons of other things happening at AWSI but I'll leave it to the dedicated youtubers to try and cover all of the content.

Sorry to anyone who I didn't spot stuff for! It was flatwater wind at the event but 30 knots 15 minutes down the road. I chose a fun 30 knot session over flatwater demos and surfed a quiet little 1km swell section for a few hours and then headed home.

All those posts… and that’s it?

LOL. No kidding. Just go to FB and IG. Tons of stuff there. Foil Rat, Foil Podcast ......
