I have both Slingshot and Cabrinha booms and handles. I find them to be too small of a diameter causing my fingers and forearms to hurt. Can anyone recommend brands and models with larger diameter booms or handles. Does a chart exist with boom diameters?

Generally slimmer helps. So sounds a bit strange. What OD are yours?

the first boom experiments on wings were from windsurf booms so if you wanted something custom to suit your grip size I certainly could help

Ocean Rodeo, I don't think they come any bigger than that. Initially I didn't like too much to be honest but I got accustomed to it. The big advantage is that you can use the bigger size boom for all the wings except the 3m, so for traveling having only one boom is amazing.

Butch, I have the same issue as you, but unfortunately it seems like we're in the minority. Most people seem to prefer small diameter booms.
I used to have Duotone Slicks and they were awesome because you could buy a larger diameter carbon boom. The Slick is gone now, so I bought the new Cabrinha Mantis with a boom. The Cabrinha boom is noticeably smaller, but I've been putting up with it. The new Duotone Unit boom is a similar diameter to the Cabrinha boom.
