Hi everyone. Does anyone use Cabrinha unit foil? I'm interested in reviews of the Prestige 905 and Whippit 1000.

I have all of the Prestige foils and they are very good. Easy to use. I am 85kg and the 905 would be my most used foil. The 760 is good when the wind is 15 plus knots and is faster and turns better. The 1150 is what I use on light days as it gets up very early and has a high stall speed. All are fun. I would buy the size that corresponds to your weight and conditions. If you are 60kgs for example the 760 is a good choice. I have the Whippit 830 only recently and have not tried it yet.

We have winds of 10-20, 15-25, very choppy. I'm currently using a Naish Mach1 900 and HA1040 and am considering switching to a Naish Excalibur 944 and Siren 1000 or a Cabrinha Prestige 905 and Whippet 1000. I'm 84 kg and have a 54 liter sinker. I think at 15 knots it would be difficult to get on a foil with a Prestige 760.

The 905 will be a good starting point. It will work in all those winds. I ride midlengths so probably have a bigger wind range. I would demo the 1000 Whippit as I am not sure about that one. I havent ridden a big foil like the 1900 for a long time and can get going in very little wind with either the 905 or 1150. Good luck with your decision. The Cabrinha union system is very nice in my opinion.
