I built an "Frankenstein Foil" with Halo, cedrus mast an crisp Stab.i put the +0.5 shim under the crisp Adapter AS recommended but Not using an kt Mast. Any experince Out there? Greetings
Yes i will. Sounds depending how good the original Fuse fits. I tried to different alloy Duotone and one was much better fitting with less Sounds. Also dlab was nearly nothing. Now the KT with the crisp. WE will See. At least i Like the Performance of the Cedrus. Nearly AS good AS dlab slim. With Bad fitting of one of the dt fuses it was really loud and i got Vibrations.there are tolerances. If u Got one that Just do tiny wobbelings its the killa.
Hey! First Tests done. It felt weird. So U Ride the crisp with the cedrus on kt foil? I tried First (Yesterday) 0.5 shim, thats recommended on the Halo 950 . With mast in the Middle of track box it gave me Nose dives. With Mast more Forward it was better. So today i used the 2.5 shim which means totally flat. Same Mast Position. I think it was OK maybe use 2.0. but what still wasnt that cool was the Feeling of getting Zero Support of that crisp Stab. Its Not Just smooth or very loose its more Like i didnt get any Feedback Like it Slips away and Like the Turns come in with delay after i pushed the Board? Its that the smooth buttery Powdersnow feeling? If thats the flex Stuff its Not for me i need more Feedback and Support from the system. Even pumping felt Shxx!
It sounds like you built a Frankenstein kit with components you don’t know well? It requires accurate shimming and you have multiple adapters involved now. I’d discourage anyone from pointing the finger at any individual component when embarking upon a tinkering project like that.

I don't think so. For me, the powder snowboard feeling is kind of like the flex has dampeners or light shock absorbers built in. No issue with delay or pumping.
