I notice Robby Naish rides with his rear foot way behind the mast. While Axis guys tend to be over the mast, to in front of the mast. Likely a less than perfectly compatible setup.
Robby Naish, being Robby Naish, probably is not riding the 110L size board and likely can place his feet most any place on the board and still manage to foil.
I had the S25 110L. Great board, now winging on the S26 95L. While I used the Naish foils, the boards have the standard track and should work fine with the Axis foil. I ride with my rear foot over the mast. Other locals with S25/S26 boards generally ride with their rear foot over the mast or in front of the mast.
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Naish boards are quite common at the winging spots. I've seen many foil brand attached to the boards, and all owners I've personally talk to all have highly praise their Naish boards.
