I'm a beginner, learning to wingfoil, and want to buy some gear. I can get a discount on Duotone gear and want to know which would be better to buy if I want to improve quickly:
Skybrid Air Vs Sky Air Vs Sky Start DST
I want to improve quickly but also have a board that i will not grow out of too quickly. But not buy a board too short so it compromises learning
I am 100kg and have been kitesurfing for 10 years, if that is some context so i understand sailing theory , tides etc. thanks !

Don't get an inflatable. So I guess the Sky Start DST.

Big fan of also supporting your local used gear scene for first kits. Try to get some local knowledge about what others learned with and may be selling. Save your discount for when you are already up and riding and are ready to get something a little beyond full beginner.

The sky start, solid boards outperform inflateables every time. But I second BWalnut, used gear is the best way to get into the sport, you'll only use this board for a season or so.

I dont have a lot of storage and want to the option to travel easily. I read that the latest inflatable Dutotone boards are much, much stiffer. Is this true? Enough to consider one over rigid boards?

If you want to improve quickly, you do not want an inflatable. If you want a board you won’t outgrow quickly, you do not want an inflatable.
Those two goals are also in direct opposition of each other. The perfect beginner level zero kit is perfect for 10 sessions and you should make huge leaps forward during that time. Then you switch to a beginner aspiring to intermediate kit which will also give rapid progression and last one season. Then you get your third kit, an intermediate setup, that will last a long time.
Skipping gear levels or holding on to gear too long is a sure fire way to slow progression.
My first board was 8’x30” and 170 liters I think. I was self taught. Up and foiling day 1 and gybing day 1. I also took it to the ocean and caught and straight lined waves all day on day 1. I used that board for 10 days and then moved on. 85kg beginner with zero foil experience at the time.

The only good inflatable is Starboard.
