When do you think we will see these to part companies, right now they share the same forum, even in shops it still comes under wing, I see Gong have gone it alone and called it "Low Kite"

I've just dipped my toe into it, bought a midlength and a Ozone Pocket Rocket V2 5m, I will need all the help to get back upwind as don't want to perform the beach walks as , beach walks where i live tend to involve another bay with a long walk back 😂Looking forward to its arrival. Apparently custom colours take 20 days plus 12 days delivery, maybe if i get on ok the next size will be a custom job.

I see the benefits, no pump, less material to put in the car and store, I'm not into jumping and I like to catch as many little Mediterranean bumps as i can, so yeah lets give it a go!

Maybe next message will be 1 x Cheap Ozone Parawing for sale 😂😂😂😂

Hopefully you have good wind at your location, under 15 knots is no go for para.

I found with the pocket rocket I could taxi back up wind, so hopefully less walking involved.

It depends on board and foil but under 15 knots can be very satisfying. Some fun bumps at some spots in 12 or 13 knots.

Been researching and definitely i need a bigger foil, was trying to pick up a secondhand Duotone Glide 2.0 1100, but non available. I have found a 1350, but was thinking is that too big for sub 15knots of wind?
I know the Glide 3.0 is out in September but for sure that will be sold out ASAP! 😀

Is the 1350 overkill? 🤔

1350 is a great light wind option.

Well I picked up a 2nd hand Glide 2.0 1350 and man this made my first Parawing sessions easy, boom, up and out of the water so fast and steady, and the stall is great, gives me time to turn on this beast and just made life easier.

Same. The taxi is also way more comfortable than using a wing because the para is so light, Iike a drouge chute dragging you upwind. I can even sit on my board and brace myself with my right arm while using my left arm for the para. Super comfy , fun. That is not the case with a wing. Not to mention the beach walk.

I’m thinking the same, currently using a Crest 1050.
what other Duotone foils did you try for PW, just wondering if the big glide will make a big difference. Could wait and see what the new glide sizes are and if compatible with carbon mast.

If you want an initial look at the new Glides:

I had a brief session on the 1100 today. Was surprised how playful it was for a 12 AR
