Boost surf is good and fun for what it is designed for like longboards and sups. But nowhere near enough power for foiling.
It has a place getting out or back, on those really light days (instead of paddling). Weight doesn't matter much. I made a mount to attach it to foil box.
But in no way is it like a foildrive.
