You missed a good one..We do them often..about every second week so join us on the next one.
Last night I was taking my board off the roof of my car at 7pm and putting it back on at 11pm..It was a biggie....Most nights it's 7.30-9.30pm.
I took some pics but they turned out pretty crappy in the low light....We had glass, glass, glass..
..Not a breath of wind..and a quite mild temp.
We put the boards next to the waters edge and noticed a black swan sitting on a nest nearby.
Our first stop was the Casino..to watch the fire show..and toast a few marshmellows.
Next was under the Bolty bridge..Looking up at the towers makes you almost fall in.
This sign should have said Warning keep clear of **ting...it was covered in bird **.
I furtherest stop at the far end of the docklands.
One last stop and almost back to where we started.
I've never seen the Yarra I know Its a river in or near Melb Is there much to look at, a senic experience, a workout! so does it depend on the tide or flow direction or is it a downwind journey. or is it an excuse for a get together and a few Rums after. What the !!
