My Comments:
Just picked up my new 11m from stonker, went out in 3 foot surf 20 knots onshore. Kite performs really well, no flaring or back stalling, power at hand, handles gusts with perfection (stable), flys really smoothly. Kite boosts equally as well compared to 07 but the hangtime is much better. If anyone is after a one kite quiver, this is the perfect all rounder, fun in the surf and on the flat water. The 09 has got the bar right, I couldn't fault it at this stage, superb quality and uncomplicated.
Also got a new 09 stonker board. 135cm set up with 75mm rear fins and 50mm on front (set up for wave riding) goes really well. Board has perfect flex and makes a rough ride seem smooth. As quoted by a mate who rode the board in bumpy conditions (he owns a nobile 666) "This is the rolls royce of boards, unbeleivably smooth"

Hi Kev.
How is the bar pressure and turning speed?

Bar pressure is as light as you want it to be, the adjustments are really quick and easy now with pigtails for easy change. I would say that turning speed is similar to any 11m, plenty quick enough.

Had the kite out in 20 - 25 knots today, I know I previously said it boosts as equally well as the 07, but that was an under statement. This kite boosts way bigger than the 07, and floats incredibly long. UNREAL!
