That's fantastic, so easy to use and a great new feature. Quick question - I'm able to select the different categories for me when I'm in this mode, but would it be possible to select them for the other sailors? That way you could click on 2-second peak (for example) and then check that for each sailor (ie what they got and where they achieved it) . That would be great to see while all tracks are shown on the one screen.

^^^^ that’s a lotta work for apparently not having tried the vertical wobble……
but what’s holding the wood to the mast? The upper section will want to loosen due to the mast taper so must be clamped hard….?

We definitely tried the wobble and just about every other method over a period of years. This method finally worked and 'yes' it was clamped hard (very hard)!

I’ve got the 160-210, 170-220 (x2) and 180-230. I use the 180-230 with my 7.8 M4 OD, one of the 170-220’s with my 7.0m M4 OD and 6.2m MACH4 (as I use the same boom length with both those sails) and the other 170-220 with my small speed sails (and adjust length as necessary).

I’ve been using the 160-210 with wave sails and also for foiling with my 6.0m FoilGlide. I was wanting to use an adjustable outhaul when foiling, so have been using one of my 170-220 booms, but have just set my 160-210 up with an adjustable end (out of two broken ends – one from my 160-210 and one from my 170-220). Looks like it’ll work a treat! Just waiting on some outhaul lines now, as the ones I normally use won’t fit the thin arms of the 160-210.

All of these booms are super stiff, and I agree with KJ that it’s good to have the wider booms for the larger sails!

Will be keen to see the set-up Ben came up with for you Sue.
