I have to admit I've only used my X-Pace on RDM and liked it enough to not even bother to try it on SDM, even though I have both masts 😂

I can't speak to the S-Pace but I personally didn't feel that the X-Pace 7.8 (only size I have) is noticeably more powerful than the 7.7 Warp (I have a full range of Warps). It is simply a lighter and easier to handle sail, with a very competitive high-end for a non-cam sail. If you're into fast freeride and don't want cam hassle X-Pace is your sail.

I've had several iterations of the Loke race foils, starting from the first one--and they remain good value. I still occasionally use some of them. For longevity I would opt for a full carbon model (they briefly had alu fuses too, which worked very well but inevitably suffer a bit more from corrosion). As an allround performance foil--depending on the set you choose more course racing or slalom oriented--they are still a very good, and affordable option. More recently they are focusing more on wing and pump foil, but it seems that they've managed to maintain a stable operation as a small manufacturer doing everything in-house, which should also give some assurance for aftermarket service.

The only other race foil I've ever had my hands on that had a similar if not better level of finish and production accuracy is Z foils--not really a coincidence, as they are also a small, niche producer doing everything in-house. They're also arguably the only ones capable of challenging Patrick at the moment (in performance, not in sales/number of riders...).

I suspect that North will also come out with a race foil in the not-too-distant future, which will then no doubt be an evolution of the defunct Phantom Spark--still a very good foil too.
