Recently bought the latest Nova in a 5.4. It’s not perfect, but it’s a pretty solid all-around wing.
It’s very stable, but that stability makes it feel heavy and locked in, making direction changes a little harder.
I've found both the bottom and top ends to my expectations.
Build quality is excellent, obviously the heavier canopy material impacts the weight, but I think that is a small trade off for longevity. I really like the North N-weave material, and have found it very durable in my Loft Pro.
Upwind is very good, but there are other wings that can go slightly higher.
I found pumping onto foil required a slightly different technique.
I’m not a fan of the windows or the track system. I currently run a j handle but would prefer a boom only option with a kink in it to make it more ergonomic.
It’s very stable on the front handle, but I keep catching the tips, flipping it over. Most of the time I get a chance to flip it back mid glide. That’s more user error than a problem with the wing.
Overall, I really like the wing, and would happily to buy a smaller one as well.
