Jim's Celebration of Life was today at Manly 16 foot Skiffies. It was very sad but very uplifting too. Lots of people applauding his life.
His heart, liver and kidneys have now given life to 3 people. His wife and 2 girls were championships. So so very sad for them.
There will be a lake service in the coming weeks with a bench in his honour to be put in his favourite spot

As Choco said. At Budgy I use a 19cm weedy on a 99 ltr board. Its usually pretty flat but you lose upwind ability.
Or a 25cm weedy if a bit lighter.

With great sadness and shock one of the northern beaches characters has passed away from a stroke.
Jimmy was a breath of fresh air, a frother and top bloke. Always up for a sail, sup or chat, he lived it!!!
Keen to go faster on his foil gear he was up for it.
He loved having a talk whether it was to do with sailing or family, a lovely fella and will be sorely missed.
Sail on mate!!
