In short
Wait for payment to fully clear, then add images from My Adverts.
Image uploads unlock when the listing payment is fully completed — not while a payment is still pending or held.
How to do it
- Open My Adverts and check the advert status.
- In your PayPal (or other) account, confirm the payment is completed (not Pending / eCheck / under review).
- After it clears, reload My Adverts and open the advert to add images.
- Still blocked after a completed payment? Feedback with the advert title and payment time.
