After getting 40 knots on iSonic 60 with the 6.2m and then, the following day, the iSonic 63 with the 7.0m I thought I'd see if I could get 40 knots on the iSonic 67 with the 7.8m. I've done 40 on the 67 before at Lake George, but never at Port Sorell. The first day I managed to get 36.9 knots, the next 38.3 knots and then on the third day I cracked 40! I probably wouldn't have rigged the 7.8 on the 67 in those conditions normally, but that combo, together with the weedspeed 33 felt great! I don't think I could have gotten a 40 with a pointer fin.
