Harness modifications
I'm posting this in case anyone else has a similar problem and may find it helps.
Ok so its not the prettiest but it appears to work.
I am inbetween sizes with harness's so the seat harness I got ran out of adjustment with the leg straps and I couldn't get it tight enough to stop it giving me a wedgy..
I started out by taping with electrical tape a few strips of closecelled foam ( camping Karrimat type stuff) to the straps to bulk them out. It worked to a degree but it still wasn't enough plus the straps would want to sit at weird angles and I'd have to reseat them.
Then I thought of putting some foam cylindrical stuff over that..I was hoping to just push it on like you do when you want to pad bicycle handlebars but the buckles were too big to fit through so I cut it and taped it.
It works! Not perfect as I find if I really try and tighten it to maximum sometimes the clips come apart.I'm assuming that may be because the angle of attack is a bit different..? I think if I back off the tightness a bit it still works pretty well.
How tight are you supposed to have your leg straps in a seat harness?

I suppose I could put on a few more kilos but I think I prefer this solution.... Actually when I bought it I was fatter than normal so the problem will only get worse as I lose weight! ( I'll still be too big for the next size down though..)

Landing
Ok, I have been pondering this one for a while but I am finally gotten to the point where I need to get some explanation.

How to land.

Right now i have gotten to the point where i am getting enough speed i can no longer keep the board down on the choppy stuff. I am hammering along and all the sudden I feel that I have lost all traction with the water.

All the sudden i am falling nose first into the water and I crash.

Other times on smaller jumps the board just twists under me and takes me off course, and usually ends up with me on the water.

So when this happens, when i hit a ramp and feel the air go under the board what position should I take up just so I can land it and keep going?

Yeah I know this is apparently basic stuff here but whenever Ive tried to conciously pint the board into the wind and pull back on the sail like i see on all the vids I end up with a catapult and a mouth full of seawater.
