Ben Van Der Steen (Starboard / Loft / Mystic) has had an exceptional season on the racecourse making his way onto the podium four times, and beating the world champions Bjorn Dunkerbeck (Starboard / Severne / Mystic / DunkerbeckEyewear) and Antoine Albeau (JP / NeilPryde) on a number of occasions, allowing him to finish in an amazing third place.

Van Der Steen's combination of blistering pace down the straights, control in the corners and superb timing on the starts has made him a particularly dangerous opponent all year.
