The Bonaire Bang

Ruben ?Bang' Petrisie announces the release of a dedication track to the 2008 women's freestyle World Champion, Sarah-Quita Offringa.

Already developing a name for himself as one of windsurfing's most dynamic musicians, hip-hop artist / professional windsurfer Ruben Petrisie has just announced the official release of a new track.

Titled ARU-91, the clue's in the name, as the track pays tribute to Aruba's queen of freestyle, Sarah-Quita Offringa. Petrisie saw Offringa as the logical choice for his dedication track, following Offringa's outright dominance in the 2008 PWA freestyle season.

The dedication track has been produced by Ray Productions from the island of Bonaire who recently hooked up with Petrisie when he returned home for the winter.

The beat was constructed by RoonBeat, who is one of the first Beat producers in the Netherlands Antilles to be working with a windsurfer.

Petrisie's label have commented: "We want everyone out there to know that it wont be the first and the last dedication track. Ruben's skills are improving and he is definitely able to create lyrics for anyone that would like to have a soundtrack or dedication track. We will be looking carefully to all events to select the next MVP windsurfer of the 2009 season."
