(Next week's OzLotto jackpot)

That's a pretty nuts/bananas amount. Discuss.

Personally, after I get bored with all the material stuff, I wouldn't mind play Secret Millionaire or whatever its called; where you go live amongst those less fortunate and secretly help them out.

It is too much.

When it gets this big they should change the disbursement to make more people happy.

Say if 5 people get the jackpot they get 10mil each.
Then there is 50mil left to spread over 2nd division so then they all get a million.

That means we will have 30, 40, whatever, people around Aust who win an amount that would be life changing. Instead of one or two people winning a ridiculous amount.

If one person wins 100mil they won't know what to do with it. In all honesty I reckon if I won the 100mil I'd be an a55hole afterwards - many of us would. It would be better if I won 10mil which made me comfy for the rest of my life, but a whole bunch of others also got that privilege.

I got $14.95 on Tuesday and was fkn stoked.

I'm sure we all would - same result tho.
If you could hide the win from all family (especially your children) and friends and you both (assuming a couple won it) were level headed and sensible as well as appreciating the best things in life are still free then there's a chance.

If I won that much I would give my family enough to keep them comfy and happy and maybe fifty grand each for close friends, then some on my new boat

my biggest win was $ 3K. then next week my own car was stolen witch wasn't insured and worth about $ 3K. giving me thought that is all about farken balance.

so. for 100 mil win there'll be something lost worth of 100 mil. no ?

You would be better off sticking the hundred million in the bank, then buying 1000 scratchies every day. Even if you won nothing you'd still be ahead.

Clearly by the time you have that sort of money, money in itself becomes irrelevant. Power becomes the name of the game, being able to exert your will over others. Around this time you will receive a message from an inter-dimensional lizard.

You kinda have a point, I get annoyed when people who have won about $5mil and say they will continue working. You know, the 50 y/o type who have never had a hobby, imagination, desire to travel - I kinda think WTF!!????

But when we are talking 100mil - you could get everything you need/want for a lot less. Say, $20mil is enough to have a LOT of toys, flash house and holidays right NOW, and still have investments of businesses that will get you some of the other things a bit later. The point being - yes I could spend 100mil right now, but would not have the time to use all the sh!t I bought. Save the helicopter for 5yrs time after I get bored with the jet plane.

I also note you cut out all my stuff about making more people happy, with a life changing amount for each of them, rather than 1 person having too much. I guess being nice is not important huh.

Then, you all would be my puppets to use and abuse for my own morbid entertainment! MWWAAHHAAHHAAHHAA!

I'd employ a couple of my mates on $100,000 a year, so they had the time available to come and surf, windsurf and drink piss with me

I must say though, I have been curious about some of the islands in the pacific, look on google earth and there are heaps of them like 10km x 30km with lagoons and perfect breaks etc and NOTHING at all on them.
Maybe a crashed WW2 plane.

They are a 4hr (plus) flight from anywhere, even then that si from some other small island so they are probably more like 8hrs from a proper continent. How much would it cost to develop one..... hmmmmm
