Sorry again for the trouble guys .. it's a configuration error relating to dates .. need to do a rebuild to fix .. it's on this list of to-do.

Apologies : no conspiracy, nobody banned .. just a software fail.

I was not bothered until I saw the screenshot. I must know about what 7 states can be seen from Rock City

God has spoken. Thanks Laurie.

It's quite clear many of us love reading and enjoying Heavy Weather when the wind is still.

It's not because we are losers and crackpots. It's because we are human and like conflict, to argue, and hear mostly unrestrained opinions in this terribly overwhelming "Politically Correct" world.

Whilst a few people disagree, Heavy Weather is a great medium for members to say what they really think and feel, without much judgement from new popup troll accounts and outsiders.

I shall be patient and will welcome back Heavy Weather with open arms. (Yes I am probably certifiable - let me in)

I wouldn't worry about it- having the means to making an informed decision i.e getting both sides of the story is well on the way to being outlawed. Japie should enjoy not having to listen to 'rubbish' or 'nonsense' as he puts it.

Pete you are a past master at misrepresentation. Aside from your other attributes which include evasion and obfuscation!

Free speech is a right which should be available to all beings. That includes the right to call out someone who promulgates nonsense.

Which is your signature attribute!

Good to see our wishes come true with more priests protectors being prosecuted!!

Well Laurie, if it doesn't involve a conspiracy, it doesn't belong in heavy weather. So if Heavy Weather doesn't belong in Heavy Weather, is the internet becoming pointless?

I look forward to all those that were locked out adding some exciting content to HW in the next couple of days...

I think they will be surprised how little they missed...

Yes, thanks Laurie for taking the time to return 'us' to the fold

And to Windpasser thanks for waving the flag to add pressure. Now you can ease off the medication and feel free to pass as much wind as you like

Back on my screen too the last couple of days.

I took a quick peek and noticed that the usual suspects were posting twice as much to compensate for the lack of greenhorns msgs.

I've just noticed that the last poster information appears to have gone awol. Which is a bummer because I try to cut down my time on here by not checking out new posts from people who bore me to tears of which there are more than a few.

I've been wondering why you continually ignore the physical evidence to it being stationary and flat.

How is your hotel mate going - still believes in their science too

I don't think it's their science he believes in, its the fact that a massive but flat island which is 18nm due south of him is only visible from where he lives when he walks up the hill. From the beach, nada. Had a word with him about it and he asked me if you would give him a bit of a pointer as to what it was that was obscuring it but I told him that you were very evasive with regard to stuff which was not on Youtube and did not support your theory.

So both your theories are the island is below the immediate horizon. Interesting theory there.

At 20 miles you are looking at around 200 feet of drop when viewed from eye level or five feet.

Can you honestly tell me with a straight face you really believe the island is 200 feet below the horizon

Have you ever done a experiment showing water bending?

Of course not, cause it's an impossibility a million times over.

Your opinion of the oceans curving is therefore a belief, nothing more and nothing less.

If it was flat you would be able to see it.

You can not see it.

That is not a theory it is a fact.

It is also a fact that you will not offer an explanation for why it is that it cannot be seen even though you try to convince people that the world is flat.

Which is why you can quite justifiably be described as an idiot.

That is also a fact.

Without ball earthers life would be so boring. Ever watched the movie The Matrix Japie? Rabbit hole is a bit deeper than you could possibly comprehend - it seems.

To me it's an insult to intelligence to believe their theory of it spinning and all.

Our senses and our observation tell us it's stationary. Of that there's no doubt - at least in my mind.

Here we go again. The guy that warns us off watching TV believes that the world is a simulation based on a fictional movie. Which tells us nothing more than PM chooses what he wants to believe base on what he wants to believe.

You would think if the world was a simulation that the Earth can be whatever shape you want, and change at will.

Perhaps Japie is seeing somebody 'fiddling with the switch' as the island disappears from sight?

No Peter, as a matter of fact I have not watched it. Now I will avoid it like the plague.

Mind you pretty much everything that enmanates from Hollywood falls into that category.

Without a planetary system life would be less interesting. Similarly with lunatics to some degree.

He has irony proofed himself.

And logic proofed!

PM33 is an irony,
wrapped in a conundrum,
wrapped in an enigma,
wrapped in a huge squawgobblin' paranoid turduckin,
balanced on a turtle,
floating in a bucket bong,
all under a glass dome,
on TV.

That's why we love him so much.
