Its a Hong Kong monkey. When I lived there I visited Monkey Mountain (Meilau Shan) inbetween Shatin and Sham Shai Po. Catch the bus up there and check out the locals. Crazy place, monkeys jumping around and threatening you. Its illegal to feed them but we saw some fools giving out fruit, chips and sweets to the monkeys. As a result the monkeys get aggressive if you don't give them something to eat or drink.
