No quik fix I reckon, you got to train yourself into it. I've had the same problem and am slowly improving. Regularity is important so try to go to bed at same time, milk does help (not as familiar with sex

).
Exercise but never before bed (swimming is my most sleepy exercise), mornings are best or deadly treadly to work or something. No big meals few hrs before.
And when u close your eyes I try and roll them back quite a bit and keep them there and just think of black.
Don't know how to get back to bed after waking tho..repeat steps 1 and 2 maybe or get up and go for a hige run and you probably won't make it through work!
