with the way most kiters ride its nothing like wakeboarding
Why do you want to impersonate another sport??? The way you talk up hardcore wakestyle all the time, I don't know why you just don't give up kiting and take up wakeboarding???
oh and read what i say. i say its not like wakeboarding, you say i say it is when i say its not? even though i do push for wakestyle side to grow.. you could call it dick style for all i give a sh!t id rather see riders pushing harder with their kites lower, even if they not doing mobe 10s or slim 5000s but rather have more risk, speed and power added in which inevitably makes it look and feel better and more rewarding as well as get kitesurfing an ounce of real recognition from other sports
Maybe you should forget about your image for a minute, you may enjoy what you and others are doing already. Why are you so intent on getting recognition, just go out and have fun mate.

couldnt care less about my image, and good on you for doing what ever your doing. just dont call it wakeboarding with a kite if your jumping and diong monkey bar swaps with ur kite at noon.
all i want to see is for the sport to gain more consequence in tricks. riding kite at lunch doing bar swaps has no consequence, you lose your bar and u float down. kite low = you have to ride A LOT faster and pop A LOT harder to get height = more riskn = good for the sport. i want the sport to get to a point where i can flick on fuel or wat ever and see good kiting for once thats up to date. for this to happen our sport needs recognition from other extreme sports, for that to happen it must look impressive to them, for that to happen the stacks have to look brutal, the tricks have to carry speed style and difficulty. its wicked that kiteboarding is so diverse n its cool to have different disciplines, BUT the mainstream stuff today is just lame.
anyway to describe kiteboarding:
Good day is like hanging your peepee infront of a vacuum cleaner
bad day is like dropping it on a belt sander
