On every bow kite i've ever tried the bar pressure is more significant to other types of kites, people do get used to it but i always preffered the C and Hybrid feel. And why dont you reccomend a teeneager or a younger person getting a bow as i am 14 and have been kiting for 7 months and in that time have gone from not even being able to get up and now am onto Kiteloop raleys, F-16, s-bend, big kiteloops an learning raleys to blind, so bows dont hold you back if you are young or old as i am very happy with my progression.

there is a difference between throwing a railey and doing a mobe. All the moves u listed above could be done on a bag of ****. For harder unhooked moves that are done properly (eg. unmuscled, kite low passes) a bow or sle is not up to it. Yeah sure you can do it on a bow but its then all about strength and dingle. Watch vids of the cabrate kids on Switchblades and EH kites, MUSCLE!.

Can someone tell me if the 05 SS Fuels can be flown 5 line, or do they need a centre pigtail added to them?

There is a 7m i've seen for less than $100, no bar and lines, 1 pin hole patch. Was hoping i could use the bar and lines from my SS Link and fly it 5 line.

I think your a little mixed up, switchy's are a hybrid kite like Havocs Revs etc., no pulleys on the bar and a lot less flat then your standard bow.

Your bow kites tend to be much flatter and usually have pulleys on the bar, T2, Xbow etc.

I don't really think it matters when it comes down to it what kite your riding (C or Bow), it's how you do it. Dre rides switchblades pretty good and new bows don't have the same sort of undepowereable unhooked pull as the first lot. C's in ideal conditions are probably better but it is really about rider comfort.
