I noticed a Galah soaring on the cliff uplift at the beach yesterday .Wierd ,usually you see galahs splattered all over the highways inland .must be the drought ,they're moving to the coast

My spies tell me the budgie smuggler on the bay was sighted wading out to save the guy who got the BIGGEST FSKING jump seen on the bay in a long time. Where is a camera when you need one? Shame it was actually a teabag and not an intentional jump but hey, hangtime is hangtime...

Apparently lots of galahs sighted today in the land of the KKK, mostly flocking behind wind breaks to stay under cover, and I hear only a handful of brave/stupid folks ventured out on to the water. Sorry I didn't make it out today, it was looking way to nasty, and I need a smaller kite... Autograph sessions will resume as soon as the weekend seabreezes do...

Back to reality : Seriously though I hope Rich gets better soon, we need him to keep the rest of us mere mortals inspired!

Thanks to all the well wishers and an extra thanks to all those involved in my rescue. Looks like i got away with one this time!
I am SITTING at home on a chair, WALKING around easily with no aid and going back to work TOMORROW. I assume i will not be kiting (hard anyway) for a couple of weeks. The human body is truely an amazing thing.
Apparently my body got quite a hammering when i was in theatre during the closed reduction. It took them half an hour of pushing, pulling and levering until it popped back into place. The doctor had to climb up on the operating table in the end. No wonder i felt a bit sore all over!!
