its an initiative of local kiters to convince other kiters that its better to have a job rather than kite every day. that way the locals get to keep the good kiting spot to themselves. thats why they keep saying that kurnell is such a lousy place to kite. they want to keep it all to themselves the greedy bastads

I went to Kunell for my first time today and I am right. Those Kunell locals are trying to keep the place all to themselves.That place is fantastic. Have a look at seabreeze graph for Kunell and the graph for the Airport. Kunell got green arows continuously. My girl came with me today and took photos so im going to see if I can post them here.
I was kiting in near flat water then runnig onto small waves that were perfect for jumping. Theyve got this spot on the point that resembles lots of those great spots in the vids, that place is just awesum.
I didnt get to talk to the locals but one of them launched me and was quite friendly. There were a lot of kiters there today so it is not such a big secret.and you can park right at the waters edge. Im going to kite there heaps now.Come on over and join me from Doll Point. Its too crowded there anyway and there is heaps of space at Kunell.

Well then Foxy....either you were on the red SB or the Black SS Fuel(i'm thinking the Fuel)... either way you had better learn some KKK manners real quick, I mean, maybe have a quick glance over your shoulder before ..... FKN anything, and learn some line up rules....starting to p-ss people off might be an understatement... I was going to get Mcbridle to break out his machette. As for you almost landing on the groin many a time....I was hoping you would, just didn't want to have to pick up the pieces. In the KKK, learn fast or leave, or wear the oyster scar's. By the way, that nice inviting piece of flat water you refered to.....is a Bull Sharks breeding ground,(just check with the department of fisheries) they give you a nodge now and again...good incentive to stick your landing. Definitely thr Fuel Cabron.
Hanging around in the flat water holding up the lineup comming in while talking to your girlfriend, and taking off from the beach as someone is just about to jump isn't going to win you any friends.
Smarten up your act. We have rules, as Cabron has pointed out, to keep things safe and fun for all.

cabron and kkiter you two are obviously locals trying to keep others from enjoying good kiting location. why dont you pick on that kiter on the pink waroo if you want to hammer someone. or is he one of your mates. he was coming straight me every time i tried to leave the beach. isnt the rule to let kitiers about to head out have right of way.as for talking to my girl i was asking her to get some photos of the location to put on seabreeze.
isnt kiting supposed to be a sport where everyone is friendly to each other and helps each other. you two must be exceptions because your comments are offending to me.
im happy to talk with you about your issues with my kiting. i did not think i was doing anything wrong.

That guy on the pink Waroo was me. I'll remember to let everyone know to clear the area everytime you go to the beach for a chat next time.
Show some respect. You don't just show up as a first timer and take over. Get to know the local kiters, learn the local rules and everyone will get on just fine. Works at Dolls, works here.
We all know the Dolls boys, they are friends of ours, and a lot of them sail at Kurnell from time to time. Everyone has their favourite kiting spot, whether it be here, Dolls etc. We just don't put an ad in the paper publicising it. There's no big secret other than, who are you, where did you come from, what are you thinking?

What do you think will happen if everyone leaves their current spot and start kiting at a single location?

Don't come down south dragging all your Sydney buddies with you, head over to WA. They just love kooks promoting their favourite spots.

Hi Foxy is the fact that you are a tall lard arse supposed to impress us , I thught the normal thing to do when you turn up at a place you haven't kited before was to talk to a few locals and pick up the local rules .
We at Kurnell being as backward as we are reverse the leaving the beach rule and give way to the kiter coming into the groyne area so that they can have good use of the flat water for tricks,we also form a wheel and take it in turns coming in to use the flat water we don't snake each other and go out of turn .
A kiter in trouble is never left to fend for himself and we take care of our own .
Your lucky Mcbridle had left before you hit the water yesterday or he would have fixed up your in your face attitude.

Ive just returned from a 2year tour of duty in Iraq where i spent most of my time dodging bullets and trying to stay alive and look after my mates so they could return home alive.so that when i got home to Aussie i could enjoy my kiting sport. What were i thinking ? well kkiter i was thinking how great it was to see my girl again and how great it is to live in Australia where everyone is friendly and willing to give a bloke a fair go. you make me sick you little weazel with your smart ass attitude.

to satisfy your curiosity yes i am male and i didnt give myself the name foxy - i was labelled with it by army buddies whilst serving in the Timor conflict. Im proud of that name because it was given to me by real men who serve this country and put their lives on the line so dopes like you can enjoy freedom and the opportunity to kite in a great country such as ours.

all i have done is share the fact that Kunell is a really good place to kite and indicate there is plenty of space for everyone to have a good time.you are a pretty miserable lot to behave the way youdo.

Foxy, No I'm not a local, however when I first kited KKK(as with every new place I go), I thought it appropriate to introduce myself to the local crew and find out any local rules, dangers and get a couple names I can yell out when I get myself in strife. This has paid off in every place I have been, some call it the Aussie spirit of making mates, and showing some respect. Kurnell has a lot of inherent dangers, no it is not a joke about the sharks, hidden rocks, groins, oyster leases, sea urchins, broken glass, needles and the list goes on....not even mentioning the locals.. Welcome home, however don't forget the Aussie spirit.
Yes the give way rule is different, and different spots have local rules….if you spoke with someone, they would have told you, it even explains it on the AKSA website….however one rule that is worldwide….look before turning, jumping etc etc……local or not!!!
As for the translation..... With my Tourette’s Syndrome, count it lucky my occasional break outs are in Spanish….concha tu madre……arrrrrrr…..just can’t help myself[}:)]

hey foxy, here's my tip:
thanks partly to whatever happened when you went over to kurnell, but mostly the ****e you spouted in these forums, I would recommend you stay away from kurnell for a while and let the locals go off the boil. You would do well to use this time to learn some manners and respect my friend.
99.999% of the KKK locals are as good as you want mates to get, and would put themselves in harms way to pull a someone else out of the ****.
I have no doubt that whatever you did it must have been special cause you have to try REALLY HARD to annoy those guys - hell even I have not managed to get that deep in the poo with them!
And in case you haven't noticed mouthing off in the forums isn't doing you any favours either... Listen to ricardo, kkiter, and cabron - they know what they are talking about.
But hey, whatever, abuse me if you want, but there is already one guy over there who has a long hard road to get back from where he is. If you keep going you might find yourself #2...
Bottom line is if you don't pull your head in, then don't expect any favours - even when you need them most.

well thanks for the lecture cabron and galahonthebay. as i said previously its very easy to hide behind your forum names. you know who i am , i havent tried to hide it have i. be men and identify yourselves to me.im very happy to discuss this issue with you in person.
or are you just like the rest of them. hide behind a tree and shout your insults but not men enough to face issues man to man.
