anyone got comments? I'm going to buy a 9m '08 but heard from one friend that he had heard something like the stitching has been a problem where lines are joint to the kite.. Does anyone else know anything to substantiate or dismiss this claim. (I only heard it 3rd hand). Thanks.

the only issue a few of the Waroos had last year was the bridle attachments on the LE eventually came away at the stitching. This was because the attachment reinforcement was stitched as a square shape around the attachment. This problem was addressed in the 2008 model and now has a circular shaped stiching around the attachment point. There have only been 2 warranties this year with the Waroo's in Australia. Great odds considering the numbers out there.

Go the Waroo......

I'll second that.

It happened to my 2007 11m Waroo, bridle points pulled through leading edge due to the stitching being finished off on the smaller side of the attachment point.
Apparently it only happened on one day of manufacturing and therefore only one batch of kites on that day had issues. Have not heard anything similar happening with the 2008 Waroos.

The great thing I have found with Best is that if there are any issues with the product, they back it up, no issues.
