That's right, but it would be so unAustralian to suggest that perhaps the 'rich people' who pay a crapload of income tax and who's company taxes make up around 35% of tax revenue are to be thanked when they paid most of this, and will pay for what we are yet to borrow.
Oh... and they get none of it - such is Australian politics.
