Thanks everyone for your advice. Finally I got my equipment. I bought it locally, and brand new, getting advantage of the deals from the local shops to move stock before the end of season.

I Bought Kite North Fuse 2011, Board Naish mementum 2011, harness pro-limit and wetsuit 5/4 Mystic for the winter.

I really feel more comfortable having people around that can give you a hand if something goes wrong with your gear. After a Huge research on the web I found that the difference between local shops and overseas doesn't worth it the risk.
