I've contacted Scubajet and they may have something by mid next year.
Sounds difficult to make something which will suit everybody as a 50kg human needs about 22 pounds of thrust to get up on the foil with foiling skillz while a 120kg human would need a fair bit more (this is with the prop on the foil).
I heard the Lift Foil guys have some lightweight prototypes flying around.
