Well its been a strange evening. clearly i had too many sherbets....i normally watch AB games at home so I get some knowledge of whats happening...tonight i went to the pub.....whilst there i miss the reason why the first sin bin happens then i miss the red card as i am in the loo. still confused. I thought that the aussies won the 2nd half clearly despite their obvious loss of a man. The AB's should have put 60 plus points on. I hate to say it but we do not yet have the game to win the world cup. Yeah people will say we have home advantage etc but it counts for nothing if u can not play to a game plan for 80 mins........ not to mention that despite the great Richie as our captain we do still do not change tack when things are not working........reminds me of the Fitxpatrick days (we always knew we would lose within 10 mins of the game starting - it was not often but u knew when it would happen).....and for all the greatness tonight we did not stick to our game plan (that worked great in 1st half) or change our 2nd half approach when it was clear our efforts at champagne rugby were not working. this has me worried, Big time. But anyway its a hollow victory but I shall take it. As the Dogman would say - rock on. Look out Jo'burg we r coming for ya!!!!!!!

Well done to the All Blacks. A pretty comprehensive display of thier dominance at the moment. I thought both yellow cards were not true shoulder charges and didn't warrant sinbinning. Drew Mitchell deserved to go as both Captains were warned clearly by the ref, it would happen. The difference was Mccaw went back and told his players, Rocky didn't and poor old Drew way out on the wing had no idea what was said. Worse still he was one of the Wallabies best before he got marched. It's going to be a rough trip to Christchurch.
