Yes , I didn't want to post it but it was such a good pic , it's very rare you see him come unstuck it just goes to show how hard it was out there.

The pics of the race are pretty average it was pouring rain on dead flat water , Kelly's board certainly has thrown a cat amoung the pigeons , a pure flat water race board , he turned up to the race with 2 boards one for the river and one for the ocean.

I was talking to Ron House about race boards and he said this is also becoming the trend in the states , looks like the R&D wheel still has some turning to do..

Jodie...good pics but where's the bread rolls and coleslaw ??? DJ would be disgusted with the lack of detail.

This was the paddle race on the Sunday - I do have more but they wont load at the moment.

At the Start there was a great little running wave so there were a few people that come off the boards before they got under way.

I missed the start but this was about 20 - 50m after

Great shots especially the one of my feet great photo of the start , I missed it and I heard a few little rollers came through and knocked a couple of guys off.

HaHa Good pics Jodie! It was good whilst it lasted! And the one with the mutant when did you sneak that one in?? My calves are still hurting after the sprint home!
No doubt the best part was after the race where we all swapped boards and paddles etc and rode the little runners coming thru the river.

DJ, I was on my flat water race board (Woogies old pen re-sprayed ferrari red). The Vortice is having some ********** fitted to reduce ******** and hopefully increase ******* which will make it a very exciting downwind ride!!
