Wow! Awesome to see so many SUP'ers getting behind the Noosa Festival of Surfing. It is such a incredible event at the most iconic location in Australia.

Ocean Addicts is stoked to be sponsoring the SUP divisions for the festival again. We have supported this event over the years and I must say it is just so encouraging to see the numbers grow each year.

I cant wait to see the level of surfing this year! So many big names in the heats but equally as exciting are some of the dark horses, local and from around OZ that are bound to turn heads and give some of the pros a run for their money!!

The Bop Race and Endrance race will be so much fun! Its the best course and with Noosa's amphitheater surrounds it makes for such an exciting race that spectators all rally around.

<div>Endurance Race Saturday 5th March.
Sign on will open at 10:00am, First Point in front of the judges tower.
Sign on will close at 1:30pm.
Race briefing will be at 1:40pm (all competitors must attend).
2pm Race photo and world record attempt, please line up with board upright along waters edge.
Race start will be 2:20pm.
Please note: Presentations for the endurance race will be on Sunday after the Dog surfing around 5pm
<div>(Any first place competitors that can not attend Sundays presentations can see me (Jonesy) after the race for their trophy.

BOP Race Sunday 6th March.
Sign on will open at 10am, First Point in front of the Judges tower.
Sign on will close at 12:30pm.
Race briefing will be at 1:00pm (all competitors must attend).
Race start will be 1:30pm.
A hydration station will be set up for all competitors.
Presentation will commence immediately after the Dog Surfing has finished.

<div>New entries will be available at sign on, $50 dollars cash only.

Presentations will be at the main stage in the beach bar around 5pm.

Leg ropes for both races will be compulsory. (No leggie, No race)

PFD is recommended for the Endurance race.

A personal hydration pack is recommended for Endurance race.

Parking at Noosa will be painful so please allow a little extra time when driving up and be patient a spot will come up.

<div>Race start and finish for Endurance and BOP races will be at First Point Noosa.

Race course will be displayed at sign on. Please note: it may be different from course maps as safety and weather conditions will dictate course length and direction.

Awesome endurance race yesterday! Amazing effort put in by all the paddlers Pros and by the Amateurs. Everyone paddle their guts out!

Don't forget Ocean Addicts is giving away a brand new full carbon Naish 14ft Javelin this afternoon to one of the lucky social paddlers. Good luck!

great course , had a bit of everything to test you out , bit of upwind , downwind a few sneaky waves. Would have been epic if the swell was up. Thoroughly enjoyed it as I'm sure everybody did. Unfortunately couldn't hand around for the bop race , but everyone who loves stand up should put this event on their calender.
