I haven't been able to surf due to my elbow injury when Lacey dropped in on me, thats 6 weeks plus 4 months with the knee the arm is still very sore and weak,I've been unable to lift weights at the gym also so life sucks dick at the moment.

I intend to get fit ,work on my mobility and general strenght so im going to a new gym with less mirrors and showoffs.
