Hi everyone

Long time "lurker" first time poster............been enjoying the banter and helpful info that is on the forums.

Thought I would introduce myself....used to surf lots in teens and early twenties, stopped for a while as work, family houses etc kept me busy.

Recently reconnected with surfing, bought a mini mal (7' 6" Beachbeat from the Sunnie Coast) , thought it would be the best for an aging (only mid thirties but my version of mid life crisis) unfit bugger that wanted to have a bit of fun. One day I will add a proper long board to the small collection as it is lots of fun...

Live on north side of Briso and tend to go to Sunnie Coast (Noosa and Alex) and the Gold Coast sometimes (Currumbin) when time allows.

Its Friday so no doubt the greenroom will come into sway later and the footy will take precedence over other more pressing longboard related matters like Macs new toy.

Well now horto, being in your mid 30s in the company of this forums participants places you firmly in the category of a grommy.

Of course we all know that that entitles you to, a constant barrage of shi!t shampoos, chaining to fence posts with you underpants tied to your head (crotch area positioned closest to your nostrils), the insertion of various blunt objects and liquids into your nether regions and sundry other nuisances involving physical or emotional pain that will last you the rest of your life and no doubt turn you into the same sort of social dysfunctional that we are all proud to call ourselves.

So welcome aboard and make sure you keep the rear passage well lubed at all times. (I suspect chrispy will be the one to watch out for, me thinks he maintains a good collection of implements from a previous job)
