I agree with Big Spazz - make sure you get a 666 hand hold put in it as well - then you sort of have one of those as well and you can carry it - the best of both worlds

now here is a idea thats going to get beaten down because most in here are like old dogs. it's a wonder they can use a pc.

get a centre strap in front of where you lie down. its a big board. a strap would be good to grab if needed and it would work well with the old eskimo roll if it was positioned right.

so a 666 handle and a strap- didn't you have something like this but you sold it lol.

days of our lives part 4 coming at ya folks

I reckon you would get hammered eskimo rolling with just a centre strap. You need a strap on each rail like the clubby mals or not at all. Btw what's a PC ? Is it like a Mac ?

yeah your right- thinking like 666er. forget you could have two handles on a 'BIG MAC', but not to close to the rails thou

I was being completely serious for the record.....I saw a couple of blokes with them in their boards at Wategoes last week - the hold was not in the centre of the board by the stringer but approx. 3/5 of the way down between the stringer and the rail - made walking with a big wide board a piece of cake by the look of it. I think they are a great idea personally. I think LL has taken it further again - if you have something nice to hold onto then it would make life easier through the white water and safer as well in crowded situations. Maybe you should patent the thought LL

if I need to carry the munoz a long way, I use a simple shoulder strap that I made from an old seat-belt, dead easy.

One place that a strap type handle would be good is on either side near the front to grab when you esky. One of the problems I find is when I manage to find myself just in from the impact zone where it's too late to bail and dive and an esky roll is my only option, it's really easy to lose a big board by having it ripped out of you hands.

Then you're at the mercy of the wave because you're being dragged along inside the foam ball by your leggy wishing you had not smoked so many cigarettes before you turned 50

there are times to do all things. doing a eskimo roll in 2 ft of water with thumping wave in front of you is not the time to be doing a eskimo roll

actually i was against straps but have grabbed them on my 666 from time to time.
if its too much you just let go. i though them might rip your bloody arm off

disc never done a eskimo roll in my whole life
