Saw a bit on the box about Normy Row how he came back from vietnam with PTSD and feels really free when he rides his motorbike (no radio!)I can relate this to windsurfing but we are not restricted by
which way the roads go

Spot on nebbian. Every day is a new challenge and when you've mastered one thing, there are another hundred to go. Don't sweat it about the gybe thing, it took me a good three years to get the hang of it and there's not many of us who don't still make fairly regular cock-ups!

Good stuff, I liked it bought a big grin to my dial, and yep I cant bloody turn properly either, but keep trying each time I go out
