I blame old mate across the road that cut screws for me.
An amazing builder who could judge 1mm with his eye no worries.
But he squashed screw thread in vice i reckon.
All good - mission success.
I will get some more screws and barrel nuts.
It worked with 9mm donor nut for Green Island mission.
Fangy got me where i wanted to go. It was glorious.
Luckily for me, wind backed off and i got a good go at it.
First time coming up onto the plane, a big ray went with me under the nose - ecstatic.
I struggled to push it downwind somewhat, but was getting closer in the end. Really hard if i put back foot in strap, much easier if sailed with back foot out.
