At 110kgs, I'm obese according to BMI! When I was playing footy I was about 115kgs, but fitter than I am now?!? I've queried it with my doc & he told me that although I could lose some weight, if I aimed at 82kgs (from memory is what I should be), I'd be a "not very-well man". Either way, 20kgs less is where I want to be by the end of the year & maintain that for a while.
Coincidentally, I dropped over 3kgs in the last 4 days...gastro!


If I had the energy I'd try to keep it off, but I'm pretty sure it was mostly fluid, and the lethargy has set in.

I've never had gastro before...never want it again either!
