Heh, one of the reasons I'm considering a 2022 Sky Wing is to get a lighter board. The Tabou Magic Carpet I have is extremely heavy for its size, but I can understand it because it has a Tuttle box and a mast track for windfoiling. I just don't see myself windfoiling ever again, so a dedicated wingfoil board makes sense.
I'm 70kg, so technically the 5'0" is the recommended size for me, but I know there will be lots of times when I have to paddle or slog back to shore, so slogging comfort is a factor. I'm trying to decide between a 5'2" (85 liter) and 5'4" (95 liter).
I'm 68kgs and have the 5.0 skywing ,it's fine for me to slog back in on , to start with it wasn't but I find with a narrow stance and after a bit of getting used to it's all good. I'm going to keep this as my light wind board and add a smaller board for windier conditions
