There are plenty of cases where the fastest 2 times in each division for a day are not from the same 2 people. So its inclusive- it includes the best 2 results from each division.
Makes it inclusive just by posting for your team, and you never know who got the best results until the data has been posted- especially for distance, 1-hour and alpha racing...
